We offer a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on all our 3D printed eyewear frames, effective from the date the customer (or patient) received it. Please keep the receipt. We will repair or replace damages to the hinge/screw from normal use within 1 year of delivery at our expense. We do not provide a full frame reprint replacement for a faulty part unless in the unlikely event of an issue encountered within the first 30 days of customer purchase or legitimate breakage upon fitting. We do not provide a full-frame reprint replacement for a change of mind regarding styles, colours or patterns.

* Please note the PC colours are different to 3D printed colours due to different technology used. When printing a picture from your computer on paper with your inkjet printer, the colours can be different than those on the screen, so it is with 3D Printing. Colours may vary*. Colours also may vary slightly due to different orientations of the frames in the 3D printer build.
