Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items at full price within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. You are welcome to return them in-store. For online purchases, we will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Sale items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for an exchange.

All products must be packed in their original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories and the proof of purchase that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to refusal under this offer.

For online purchases, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This processing time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customised Patterned Frames and Engraved frames
Customised and engraved frames, including those with personal engraved names, made to customer pattern specifications cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
