If you need to claim your health fund, simply send the receipt included with your order to your health fund provider to claim your optical rebate, and they’ll take it from there!

If you would like to order any of our frames with prescription lenses through online orders, please email us at info@veneyes.
com.au with your prescription, pupil distance, frame name, and colour. We will email you back to confirm all details and take
payment via bank account. We 3D print your frame, prepare the lenses, and then dispatch them to you.

We have opted to fit venEyes frames and sunglasses lenses by Opticare, one of Australia’s most trusted optical lens provider.

If you have an optical cover with your Health Fund, we can help you maximise your optical rebates. At venEyes store, we can swipe your
health fund card on a HICAPS terminal and process a quote for your favourite frames and lenses. This will show the claim amounts for the
optical extras you are entitled to.
If you purchased your optical or sunglasses online, you will find your receipt attached after your item has been shipped.
Send your receipt to your health fund provider to claim your optical rebate, and your health fund will take it from there!

We offer a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on all our 3D printed eyewear frames, effective from the date the customer (or patient) received it.
Please keep the receipt. We will repair or replace damages to the hinge/screw from normal use within 1 year of delivery at our expense. We
do not provide a full frame reprint replacement for a faulty part unless in the unlikely event of an issue encountered within the first 30 days
of customer purchase or legitimate breakage upon fitting. We do not provide a full-frame reprint replacement for a change of mind regarding
styles, colours or patterns.
* Please note the PC colours are different to 3D printed colours due to different technology used. When printing a picture from your computer
on paper with your inkjet printer, the colours can be different than those on the screen, so it is with 3D Printing. Colours may vary*. Colours
also may vary slightly due to different orientations of the frames in the 3D printer build.

A standard delivery fee of $15.00 applies no matter where in Australia you live. We offer Free Standard Delivery on orders more than one pair
of glasses. Your order will proceed through 3D Print and be sent via Express Post. Processing and delivery time usually takes 10-15 working
days.

You may return most new, unopened items at full price within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. You are welcome to return them in-store. For online purchases, we will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Sale items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order for an exchange.

All products must be packed in their original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories and the proof of purchase that was included
with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to refusal under this offer.

For online purchases, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However,
in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This processing time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the
shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your
bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond
promptly with instructions for returning items from your order.

Customised and engraved frames, including those with personal engraved names, made to customer pattern specifications cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
